Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS
A warm front extending SE fromCape Cod across far NE portions of the Outer Mid- Atlantic Waterswill lift NE of the waters tonight. A cold front will move E andapproach the coast later today. It will move slowly offshoreacross the N waters tonight and Fri and then slowly over thecentral and S waters late Fri and Fri night. The front willeventually stall from Saint Simons Island to SE of HatterasCanyon late Sat and Sat night. Another cold front will move Eacross the N waters Sun. The front will briefly stall E of theVirginia Capes Sun night before continuing SE across the S watersMon. That front will stall again across the SE waters Mon nightand Tue as another weak cold front moves through the N waters.
