Membership Eligibility
Employees (and their spouses, parents, grandparents, children and grandchildren) of any hospital, nursing home, health facility, and their affiliates, either private or public, located in the State of New York
Employees (and their spouses, parents, grandparents, children and grandchildren) or officers of the State of New York employed in the City of New York.
Employees (and their spouses, parents, grandparents, children and grandchildren) of the Board of Higher Education of the City of New York
Employees (and their spouses, parents, grandparents, children and grandchildren) of private colleges located in the City of New York and private and public colleges in the counties of Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester
Employees (and their spouses, parents, grandparents, children and grandchildren) of companies that product and/or supply hospitals in the State of New York with medical and other type health care products
Employees (and their spouses, parents, grandparents, children and grandchildren) of the Federal Government provided such employee works within the territorial limits of the City of New York
Employees (and their spouses, parents, grandparents, children and grandchildren) of insurance companies who offer health related insurance in the State of New York
Employees (and their spouses, parents, grandparents, children and grandchildren) of Aramark Corporation at Nyack Hospital in Nyack, NY
Employees (and their spouses, parents, grandparents, children and grandchildren) in the government of any of the counties within the territorial limits of the City of New York

The wait time at this branch is awful. And, the customer service is just as bad. No one at the reception desk. One woman paraded to and from one room on one side of the bank to another room on the opposite side of the bank. Another person, who I believe is the manager, returned to his office for 30 minutes to service a number numbered customer that never responded to his call. I did not observe anyone leaving with a smile. And, after waiting 50 minutes, I am leaving without seeing anyone.
If I could, this branch would have received a negative rating instead of the 1 star.

I hope you can help me I've been trying to reach Leanne nickey employee administrator administrator I receive post retirement medical benefits my checks for payment have not cleared for the last two months so I am very concerned about my benefits I can't reach her.
